Senior Product Owner
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a leading company in the financial services and automotive credit sector. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers high-value features. This role requires strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies to translate business needs into a successful product roadmap, driving innovation and ensuring stakeholder alignment in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
Translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
Make decisive calls on product functionalities and priorities.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be a key player in our client's digital transformation within the financial and automotive sector. Your mission is to embody the product vision and act as the voice of the customer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of making critical decisions to maximize product value and ensure alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner (mandatory).
Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies (mandatory).
Strong background in Project Management and Budget Management (mandatory).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
A PSPO certification is a significant advantage.
Experience in the financial services or automotive sector is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch (mandatory), English (mandatory), and French (nice to have).
