Expert Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders across various departments.
Collaborate with solution design and development teams to create solutions aligned with the digital strategy.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our digital channels team in the financial sector. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of daily banking by managing key projects on our digital roadmap. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Your work will directly contribute to creating intuitive, engaging, and world-class digital experiences for a large customer base, making banking simpler and more accessible.
Requirements:
Master's degree with over 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis (mandatory).
Proven experience managing complex projects within a digital channels environment, specifically in the financial services sector (mandatory).
Strong proficiency with Agile project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of daily banking products and services is a strong asset.
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). French and/or Dutch are a plus.
