AI Coach - Expert
For a major client in the banking sector in Brussels, we are seeking an expert AI Coach. Your mission is to support the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across various departments. You will act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer, helping teams identify high-value use cases and guiding them in the effective use of AI tools (GenAI, LLMs, Copilot). This role requires a unique blend of AI awareness, change management, and strong interpersonal skills to foster innovation.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases by assessing current processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot projects.
Accompany staff in the day-to-day use of existing AI solutions (e.g., Copilot) to ensure effective adoption and productivity gains.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and central AI departments.
Raise awareness of AI opportunities by delivering training, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI-powered tools.
Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation.
As an AI Coach, you will be pivotal in driving the adoption of AI within a leading financial institution. Your role is to act as the bridge between central AI departments and business teams, ensuring that deployed solutions are adopted, effective, and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will facilitate, advise, and train employees to embed AI into their daily work, fostering a culture of data-driven innovation and improving productivity across the organization.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications (mandatory).
Experience leading digital or AI adoption transformation initiatives (mandatory).
Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills (mandatory).
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
Excellent communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
Languages: Fluent in English. Additionally, fluent in French (with basic Dutch) or fluent in Dutch (with basic French).
